ActivityPromotions.com is a service of Maui Parcel Services. We are experts in prompt and professional delivery services, and are happy to expand to the much-needed distribution industry on Maui. We will build on our already-established systems. Maui Parcel Service has been employing the following systems for years.
Computer Controlled Operations:
We create our own software. Our in-house programmer designs and implements programs in the areas of order entry, dispatching, and billing. Unique customer software programs are created specifically for your applications.
Custom Database:
As a client of Maui Parcel Service, each customer has it's own unique database, allowing us to instantly access information about your company, and your delivery specifications and preferences. If we have ever made a delivery to any of your customers before, we can quickly access the delivery information. Each time you call to place an order, you will not have to spend your valuable time repeating your address, or your recipient's address. We believe in investing in systems that result in faster, more efficient service for our customer's.
Communications:
Maui Parcel Service dispatches it's drivers using new digital communication technology. All of our drivers are equipped with two-way radios and messaging capabilities. Our dispatching system provides instant audio and E-mail communications with our drivers covering a radius of 200 miles.
On-Site Services:
Installation of our 0n-site computer system is available, complete with software designed specifically to meet and exceed your expectations and requirements.
Computerized Mapping:
Precise distance calculations between any two points enable us to provide mileage, approximate driving time, and quotations within seconds. Making the most of available technology, our office staff provides assistance to our drivers in locating streets and addresses anywhere on the islands, resulting in more efficient and timely deliveries.
Custom Management Reports:
A value added service from Maui Parcel Service that will show activity by department, by reference or job number, by date, or by your criteria or category, customized to suit your requirements.
